Shipping & Returns

Processing Time
Orders typically take 2 to 5 business days to be processed before they are shipped, unless otherwise noted. Once the item has shipped it may take UPS 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided for more accurate delivery times.

Please Note: custom-made products may take 14 weeks or longer for delivery. Please contact our office for a more accurate ETA.

ETA for custom orders from India and Nepal will not include customs delay and unforeseen international conditions.

Free Shipping to USA
We ship packages with UPS ground service. Shipping to the contiguous United States is FREE for all items. Please note: You may be subject to additional duties and taxes dependent on your local province. We are unable to schedule delivery for an exact date or time, or call prior to item delivery. If you are unavailable to accept your package, the shipping courier may leave the package at the residence or leave a note.

Oversized items that are too large or heavy to ship with ground couriers will be shipped via LTL trucking. These orders may take up to 2 weeks from shipment date to be delivered. You will be contacted by the trucking company to schedule a delivery appointment. Items will be delivered curb side of the address and it is up to the customer to carry the items to its final destination. Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery to insure the merchandise is not damaged. If the packaging shows visible signs of damage, open the item immediately to check the contents, and ask the driver to inspect the contents with you. Write a precise description of the damage on both your copy and UPS Freight's copy of the delivery receipt. If you feel like this merchandise is damaged beyond repair then the merchandise should be refused and you should contact us as soon as possible to report the damage.

Shipping to Canada
All orders shipping to Canada will be subject to a 15% shipping surcharge fee. The shipping surcharge does not cover duties, customs, taxes or brokerage fees which may be charged to you by the shipping courier at time of delivery.

30 Day Return Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Return Guidelines
You have 7 days to return your item from when you are issued the return authorization number. Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for all processing fees and shipping costs back to our warehouse. Items returned without a return authorization number will be refused at the warehouse and shipped back to the sender. Area rug padding that has been opened may not be returned.

All items must be received in new condition. If the item is damaged or soiled, it may be refused or incur a 30% restocking fee. Items returned after 30 days, or items returned without a return authorization number, will incur a 30% restocking fee. In some instances after your order has been processed, cancelation or changes to the order will not be permitted. Any shipments refused for reasons other than damage may result in a 30% shipment refusal penalty fee.
