Ibolili Natural Fibers
An eco-friendly, handmade work of art made of natural leaves, bark, wood, grass or sisal.
With an anthropology background, the founder of Ibolili has a keen interest in foreign people and cultures. During extensive travels in Asia, relationships developed with the artisans who produce the unique handcrafted products characteristic of the Ibolili Collection.
Located in remote and primitive regions, the craftspeople have learned to work with the natural fibers found in their environment. Ibolili and the craftspeople collaborate to create eco-friendly decorative accessories from wood, water hyacinth, banana leaves, cedar root and bamboo utilizing the talents of the native artisans. Each material is hand harvested and processed using no chemical dyes or synthetic processes by people that take pride in what they do.
Many of our designs are unique to the artisans while others are designed by Ibolili.
Ibolili means "dream come true".
